Customer's reviews
I had a very pleasant stay for 2 days at this hotel in Karapakkam. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The food quality was excellent, with a good variety of options and great taste.
The room service team was prompt, professional, and attentive to all my requirements. I would especially like to appreciate Anirudha from the Front Desk for his exceptional hospitality and courteous behavior. He was always responsive and ensured that any request was addressed immediately and efficiently.
The overall service exceeded my expectations, making my stay comfortable and enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area and would be happy to stay here again in the future. Thank you to the entire team for the wonderful experience.
